CheerBanq is a financial planning application for competitive cheerleading families, developed and operated by Nocturne AI LLC. This policy is specific to CheerBanq. Core Commitment: CheerBanq handles sensitive financial and family data. Your data is yours, we never sell it, and we use only the services needed to operate the App.

Account Information • Parent or guardian name and email address • Sign-in credentials and tokens for email codes, Apple, or Google • Internal account identifiers used for your CheerBanq account Athlete & Family Information • Athlete name, gym, level, and division • Season name and date range • Multiple athlete profiles per family account Financial Planning Data • Budget entries: labels, amounts, dates, vendors, notes • Entry categories: income, competition, travel, expense • Entry status: confirmed, estimated, or needs review • Projected and actual monthly balances Uploaded Files • Gym packet files you choose to upload, including PDFs, images, ZIP files, file names, and related parsing metadata Notification Preferences • Notification permission status • Your preferences for notification types • Schedules derived from your season, calculated locally Technical Information • Device type and OS • App version, crash logs, diagnostics, and subscription status

Current Version CheerBanq uses a local-first plus cloud-backed model. • Data you enter is used on your device for core app features • If you use an account, your account, athlete, season, and budget data may also be stored in our Supabase backend • Uploaded packets may be sent to our storage and parsing services • Crash reports, diagnostics, and subscription status may be processed by our service providers Service Providers • Supabase for auth, database, file storage, and server-side functions • RevenueCat for subscriptions and purchase restoration • Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics

We use your information to: • Provide budget tracking, projections, scenario planning, account authentication, and cloud-backed persistence • Deliver local push notifications based on your season • Parse gym packet uploads you choose to submit • Generate PDF reports and text summaries • Improve the App using analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics • Manage subscriptions, trials, entitlement checks, and purchase restoration • Respond to support requests We do NOT: • Serve advertisements • Sell your data to third parties • Profile you for marketing • Train AI models on your personal data without consent

We do not sell your data. We may disclose data to service providers acting on our behalf, including: Identity Providers: Apple and Google when you choose those sign-in options. Supabase: For authentication, database storage, file storage, and server-side functions. RevenueCat: For subscription status, purchases, trials, and restorations. Sentry: For crash reports and technical diagnostics. User-Initiated Sharing: When you export or share content through your device's share sheet. Legal Requirements and Business Transfers: If required by law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale.

CheerBanq's notifications are: • Scheduled locally on your device • Never routed through external servers in the current version • Fully controllable in the App's Notification Settings • Revocable at any time in your device's system settings

Your budget data — competition fees, travel costs, tuition, income — is sensitive. We protect it by: • Sending it off-device only as needed to provide CheerBanq account and sync functionality • Using encrypted connections and backend access controls, including row-level security where configured • Generating exports on your device unless you separately choose to share them • Never using your financial data to target advertising

CheerBanq is designed for parents and guardians (18+). Athlete profiles represent minors, but the account holder and data controller is always the parent. • We do not collect data directly from children • Athlete profiles contain only name, gym, level, and division • Parents may delete all athlete data at any time within the App

You have the following controls: • Access: View your data in the App • Correction: Edit entries, profiles, and season details • Deletion: Delete entries and use the in-app account deletion flow to request removal of your cloud account and related stored data • Export: Export your data as PDF or text summary from the More tab • Notifications: Disable any or all notification types in Settings • Support requests: Contact data-requests@nocturneai.net for privacy-related requests

• Authentication via email one-time passcodes, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In • Encryption in transit for data sent between the App and our servers • Cloud storage and access controls through Supabase, including row-level security where configured • Crash and diagnostic monitoring to help detect and fix stability issues

We will give at least 30 days advance notice of material changes via in-app notification and email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
